1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stillman called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.

Mayor Stillman invited public comment.

: Dave Meserve addressed the Council regarding Item 3-b.
Mayor Stillman closed the public comment period.

CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. Property: Vacant Property Near 16th Street. Assessor's Parcel Nos. 020-201-013 and 020-011-006.
Agency Negotiator: City Manager Merritt Perry. Negotiating Party: Gerard Wilson. Under Negotiation: Price and Terms.
The Council met in closed session in the City Manager's Conference Room.
b.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—EXISTING LITIGATION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1). Name of Case: City of Arcata v. Citizens in Support of Measure M, First District Court of Appeal, Case No. A170957.
The Council met in closed session in the City Manager's Conference Room.
