Mayor White called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.

Mayor White invited public comment.

Mayor White closed the public comment period.
3. CLOSED SESSION

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION, Significant Exposure to Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): Two potential cases.
The Council met in closed session in the City Manager's Conference Room.
4. OPEN SESSION—Committee Interviews

Interview Three Applicants for Three Vacancies on the Transportation Safety Committee with One Term Ending March 31, 2027, and Two Terms Ending March 31, 2029.

The Council returned to open session at 5:23 p.m.
Councilmember Schaefer arrived at 5:24 p.m.
The Council interviewed Milia Lando, Samantha Sauter, and Jeff Schindler for three vacancies on the Transportation Safety Committee.
The Council entered the Chamber at 5:55 p.m.

: The Council recessed from 5:55 p.m. to 6:01 p.m.
5. CLOSED SESSION REPORTS
a.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION, Significant Exposure to Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): Two potential cases.
Mayor White stated that by a five-to-zero vote, the City Council agreed to settle with the Fieldbrook Glendale Community Services District pertaining to a wastewater services billing dispute in the amount of $125,000. She added that the City Council also agreed by a five-to-zero vote to settle with Pacific Shellfish – Humboldt, LLC, pertaining to a sewer system discharge dispute in the amount of $71,500.
