Vice Mayor Atkins-Salazar called to order at 4:31 p.m.

Vice Mayor Atkins-Salazar invited public comment.
There being none, Vice Mayor Atkins-Salazar closed the public comment period.

The Council met in closed session in the City Manager's Conference Room.

The Council interviewed Wendy Starr, Justin Hawkins, Eduardo Cruz, and Sheldon Heath for two vacancies on the Planning Commission.
