The Special Meeting of the Artesia City Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m., on Monday, February 14, 2022 at Artesia City Hall in the City Council Chambers by Mayor Ramoso.

MEETING PROCEDURES
THE ASSISTANT CITY CLERK READ THE MEETING PROCEDURES AS FOLLOWS:
Members of the public may attend to speak during public comment or on agenda items, as described below. In order to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19) and pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders, Public observation and participation will be facilitated by the following means:
Members of the public may observe the meeting via livestream on the City’s website.
Members of the public may view the meeting and provide public comments in-person in the City Council Chambers at Artesia City Hall subject to posted COVID-19 protocols.
Public comments may also be submitted by email at [email protected] or by leaving a voicemail at (562) 865-6262, extension 200. Comment submitted before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting will be read until the time limit of three minutes has been reached.

The Assistant City Clerk presented the Announcement Regarding Public Comments, and reported that there were no public comments received.
