CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ramoso called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present: Mayor Ramoso, Councilmembers Lima, Taj, and Trevino
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Manalo
Staff Present: Interim City Manager Egan, Deputy City Manager Burke, Acting City Clerk Alderete, Acting Public Works Manager Sanchez, and City Attorney Nguyen.

A MOTION to approve the agenda was:
