Mayor Ramoso called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.

Present: Mayor Ramoso, Mayor Pro Tem Manalo, Councilmembers Lima, Taj, and Trevino Staff Present: Interim City Manager Egan, Acting City Clerk Alderete, City Attorney Nguyen, and Recruiting Consultant Wilson.
