Members of the public may attend to speak during public comment or on agenda items, as described below. In addition to attending the meeting in-person, public observation and participation will also be facilitated by the following means:

Members of the public may view the meeting and provide public comments in-person in the City Council Chambers located in Artesia City Hall subject to posted COVID-19 protocols. Comments submitted before 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting will be read until the time limit of three minutes has been reached.
