CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ramoso called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.
Present: Mayor Ramoso, Mayor Pro Tem Manalo, Councilmembers Lima, Taj, and Trevino Staff Present: City Manager Schindler, Deputy City Manager Burke, Acting City Clerk Alderete, City Attorney Nguyen, Finance Manager Murguia, Acting Public Works Manager Sanchez, Community Development Director Dor, Special Projects Manager Lee, Management Analysts Tafoya-Nacionales, Laquian, Weichbrodt, and Acting Administrative Secretary Dyer Public comments could be provided for items listed on the special agenda, in person or submitted by email to [email protected] by leaving a voicemail at (562) 865- 6262, extension 200 before 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting and read until the time limit of three minutes was reached

OUTGOING MAYOR'S PROGRAM
1. Presentations for Outgoing Mayor Ramoso were made on behalf of Office of Congresswoman Linda Sanchez, Office of State Assemblymember Sharon Quirk-Silva, Office of California State Treasurer Fiona Ma, CPA, Office of Supervisor Janice Hahn, Office of Sheriff Robert Luna, The City of Cerritos, ABC Unifed School District, the Artesia Chamber of Commerce, the Cerritos Artesia Rotary Club, and Sahaas for Cause.
2. Mayor Ramoso provided comments.
