CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Manalo called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Public comments could be provided for items listed on the special agenda, in person or submitted by email to [email protected] by leaving a voicemail at (562) 865- 6262, extension 200 before 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting and read until the time limit of three minutes was reached. No public comments were received.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
City Council recessed to discuss the closed session item listed on the agenda at 6:31 p.m.
