City Manager Schindler introduced Patrick Ibarra, the Mejorando Group. Mr. Ibarra facilitated the discussion with Council. Mayor Manalo, Mayor Pro Tem Lima, Councilmembers Taj, Trevino, and Ramoso asked questions and/or provided comments. No public comments were provided.
