CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Manalo called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.

Absent: Councilmember Taj
Staff Present: City Manager Schindler, Deputy City Manager Burke, Acting City Clerk Alderete, Parks and Recreation Manager Guerra, Public Works Manager Sanchez, Community Development Director Dor. Interpreter Villapudua made an announcement regarding translation listening devices.
