Mayor Lima called the meeting to order at I :02 p.m.

Present: Mayor Lima, Mayor Pro Tem Taj, Councilmembers Trevino, and Ramoso
Absent: Councilmember Manalo, who abstained from the meeting, due to potential conflict of interest
Staff Present: City Manager Schindler, Deputy City Manager Burke, City Attorney Nguyen, City Engineer Ron Ibarra

SITE TOUR
The site tour of the Historical District Walking Trail commenced.
