CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Manalo called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.

Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Taj
Staff Present: City Manager Schindler, City Attorney Nguyen, Deputy City Manager Burke, City Clerk Alderete, Finance Manager Murguia, Parks and Recreation Manager Guerra, Public Works Manager Sanchez, Community Development Director Dor, Special Projects Manager Lee, Public Works Maintenance Worker Swain.

Pastor Bob De Leon from Artesia Calvary Chapel delivered the invocation.

CEREMONIAL PRESENT ATIONS
The Mayor and Council proclaimed February Black History Month. Public Works Manager Sanchez introduced Public Works Maintenance Worker, Gavin Swain. Mayor Lima and Council welcomed her to the City and presented a certificate of appreciation.
