1. CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Taj called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Taj, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, Councilmembers Ahir, Manalo, and Ramoso.
Staff Present: City Manager Avalos, Deputy City Manager Burke, City Clerk Alderete.
3. ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING PUBLIC COMMENTS
Public comments could be provided, in person or submitted by email to [email protected] by 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Lorelei Bailey provided public comment.
4. DISCUSSION
4A. Goal Setting Discussion Among Councilmembers Including, but Not Limited to the Following Topics:
Capital Improvements
Enhance Public Safety
Expand City Offerings and Facilities
City Staff Development
Improve City Processes
Mike Egan with Tripepi Smith led the discussion regarding goal setting. Council provided direction for staff to focus on:
1. Infrastructure/CIP
2. Public Safety
3. Staff Development

6. ADJOURNMENT
