1. CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Taj called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Taj, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, Councilmembers Ahir, Manalo, and Ramoso.
Staff Present: City Manager Avalos, Deputy City Manager Burke, City Clerk Alderete, Acting Planning Manager Valdez, Management Analyst Nacionales-Tafoya
3. ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING PUBLIC COMMENTS
Public comments could be provided, in person or submitted by email to [email protected] by 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Guida Lourenco provided public comments.
4. SITE TOUR
4A. General Discussion Regarding the Botanical Garden, Including but Not Limited to the Perimeter Wall, Location of Amenities, and Funding
Management Analyst Nacionales-Tafoya led the site tour, and discussion ensued regarding the perimeter wall height. Mayor Taj, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, Councilmembers Ramoso, Manalo, and Ahir asked questions and/or provided comments. Council directed staff to move forward with a 7ft high perimeter fence.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
