PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, this special meeting of the City Council has been called by the Mayor pursuant to Government Code section 54956. Members of the public may provide public comments in-person or by submitting an e-mail by 12:00 p.m. to [email protected] on the date of the meeting.

4. Case No. LUS-26-1017 - Bhindi Jewerly Store Remodel
— Proposal: A Specific Plan Amendment, Design Review, and Variance application, for a proposed addition of 12,971 square feet to the existing three-story jewelry store, located at 18508 Pioneer Boulevard in the Pioneer Boulevard subarea of the Artesia Downtown Specific Plan (ADSP). As proposed, the project consists of a completed exterior facade modification, a 5,014-square-foot addition to the third floor, and a 5,400-square-foot fourth-floor addition providing a customer experience deck. The entire project will include a complete interior remodel of the existing Bhindi Jewelry store.
