A. Consideration and Approval for Purchase of Two (2) Police Canines, Program Startup Costs and Payment for Handler Courses for the Arvin Police Department. (Acting Chief Ghazalpour)
Staff recommends the Council authorize the City Manager to purchase two (2) police canines and provide payment for the program startup costs and the basic handler's courses from Adlerhorst International LLC.
