2. SUCCESSOR AGENCY ACTION ITEM(S)
A. Consideration and Approval of (1) Solar Power Land Lease between the Successor Agency to the City of Arvin Redevelopment Agency and the Arvin Community Services District, and (2) the Easement Agreement between the Successor Agency to the City of Arvin Redevelopment Agency and Arvin Community Services District related to the Solar Power Land Lease.
Staff recommends approval of the Solar Power Land Lease and the Easement Agreement.
Motion to approve 1) Solar Power Land Lease between the Successor Agency to the City of Arvin Redevelopment Agency and the Arvin Community Services District, and (2) the Easement Agreement between the Successor Agency to the City of Arvin Redevelopment Agency and Arvin Community Services District related to the Solar Power Land Lease.
