Staff recommends the Council (1) approve the First Amendment to Kern County Agreement No. 409-2024, (2) authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment, and (3) direct staff to submit documentation as may be requested by Kern County to finalize the First Amendment.

Motion to designate Mayor Olivia Calderon as the Delegate and designate Mayor Pro Tem Susana Reyes and Councilmember Donny Horton as the alternates.
