A. Consideration and Approval of Appointment of Board of Trustee to the Kern Mosquito and Vector Control District (KMVCD) and Setting the Term of Appointment.
Staff recommends that the City Council appoint a qualified Arvin resident or a member of the City Council to serve as the KMVCD Board Trustee and set the term of the appointment.
Motion to appoint Xitlali Michel as the City of Arvin's Kern Mosquito and Vector Control District (KMVCD) Board of Trustee through December 31, 2029.
