A. A Public Hearing to Consider and Approve First Reading and Introduction of An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Arvin Amending Arvin Municipal Code Chapter 2.06 to Add a New Section §2.06.210 Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Certain Grant Documents Without Prior Approval.
Staff recommends the City Council consider introducing the Ordinance to be read by title only, open the hearing, allow for public testimony, close the hearing, waive first reading of the Ordinance, and approve the introduction of the Ordinance.

B. Consideration and Approval of Master Services Agreement between Diamond Technologies, Inc. dba Diamond IT and City of Arvin.
Staff recommends approval of the Master Services Agreement and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement and any future Addendums necessary to obtain information technology services, subject to City Attorney approval as to form.
