Motion to approve the agenda with the following changes:
- Remove Closed Session Item 2A from this meeting agenda to be considered at the following Regular City Council Meeting of March 10, 2026. - Move Presentation Item 4A to be considered after Agenda Item 1, Approval of Agenda.
