D. Authorization to Award A Public Works Agreement to Serban Sound & Communications in an Amount Not to Exceed $90,500, and to Expend an Additional Amount Not to Exceed $9,500.00 for Additional Costs Related to the Audiovisual Installation and Support Services Project.

The City Council tabled the discussion to allow time for City staff to research and gather further information related to community education and processing permits for yard sales.

B. Discussion Regarding Arvin Municipal Code Chapter 12.16 Parking and Keeping of Trucks within City Limits.
The City Council tabled the discussion to the Regular City Council meeting of April 14, 2026 to allow time for City staff to research and find additional potential parking areas for trucks.
