Approval of A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Arvin to Approve and Contirm the Findings of the 2025 Annual Progress Report (APR) for the City of Arvin General Plan and 6th Cycle Housing Element (2023-2031), Authorize Its Submittal to the Governors Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation and California Department of Housing and Community Development, and Find that the Project is Exempt from the Requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) As Set Forth in Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.

Staff recommends approval of the Resolution.

A. Discussion Regarding Plan for Community Outreach and Education Related to Yard Sales.
Staff provided information to the City Council related to creating an educational flyer to share with the public that includes relevant information and requirements for obtaining a yard sale permit.
