Consideration and Approval of A Task Authorization Between the City of Arvin and Veolia Water West Operating Services, lnc. for the Arvin Wastewater Treatment Plant Lift Station Power Protection (New Generator) Projebt; and Authorize the City Manager to Execute Any Related Documents Necessary to lmplement the Task Authorization and the Project; and to Make Any NonSubstantive Amendments Consistent with Council's Direction.
