CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL, Existing litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9 (Ex Parte Application re: 25 Isabella Avenue, SBIW#15809) REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION by Assistant City Attorney Booher Booher reported that Council met in closed session and direction was provided to staff. There was no reportable action.
