DRAFT RESOLUTION NO. 24-XX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ATHERTON APPROVING THE PROPOSED FINAL PARCEL MAP TOA 24-01 FOR A THREE-LOT SUBDIVISION AT 170 and 178 ATHERTON AVENUE (APN 070-070-110 / 280); and
APPROVE AN ASSOCIATED SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OD FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT 170-178 ATHERTON
AVENUE, ATHERTON, CA

WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal has been determined to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15315: Minor Land Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the proposed Final Map showing a three-lot subdivision on 170 and 178 Atherton Ave is in substantial conformance with the Tentative Map approved on December 20, 2023, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the subdivision improvement agreement and bond for the proposed frontage improvements and associated conditions along Atherton Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council recommends approval based on the Conditions of Approval listed in the Tentative Map Certificate; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the Town of Atherton does hereby approve Parcel Map TOA 24-01, a three-lot subdivision at 170-178 Atherton Avenue and the associated Subdivision Improvements Agreement.
