Recommendation: Review and Discuss.

STUDY SESSION
1. FY 2024/25 GENERAL FUND/OPERATIONS BUDGET
Report: ROBERT BARRON III, FINANCE DIRECTOR
Recommendation: Review and Discuss.
Description: This item involves a presentation by staff of the General Fund Operations Budget and various departmental budgets for fiscal year 2024/2025. The Council has an opportunity to review the budgets and the various departmental requests and staff takes input from the Council and incorporates that input into the budget document scheduled for adoption in June. Discussion may include Capital projects and Town service needs.
2. POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNUAL REPORT, ANNUAL AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE READER (ALPR) AUDIT REPORT, AND ANNUAL ALPR SYSTEM PERFORMANCE REVIEW REPORT.
Report: STEVE D. MCCULLEY, CHIEF OF POLICE
Recommendation: Receive and file the Police Department annual report, the annual ALPR audit report, and the annual ALPR system performance review report.
Description: This item will be a City Council discussion and review to accept the Police Department annual report, the annual ALPR audit report, and the annual ALPR system performance review report.

The Town of Atherton Council and Committee or Commission meetings are a limited public forum, and all public comment must relate to something that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Council or Committees. If comments do not relate to the subject matter jurisdiction of the Council or Committee, we will stop the comment and a warning may be provided. If the comment continues to be outside of the subject matter jurisdiction the speaker will be stopped, and we will move on to the next speaker. Speakers found in violation of this rule of procedure may be removed from the meeting.
