SPECIAL MEETING – STUDY SESSION
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Hawkins-Manuelian called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.

STUDY SESSION
1. REVIEW OF THE FY 2024/25 SPECIAL REVENUE, INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS
AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Finance Director Barron and Public Works Director Ovadia provided an overview and presentation of the Special Revenue, Internal Service Funds, and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for FY 2024/25.
Ovadia provided a brief review of several CIP projects indicated within the report for drainage improvements, park improvements, road maintenance, traffic safety improvements, and pedestrian programs.
Council discussed funding and completing Master Plans as it relates to completing projects contained within them. Council Member DeGolia proposed focusing on one Master Plan update in each fiscal year.
City Manager Rodericks clarified that any Master Plan work would be an update and refresh of exiting plans.
Council discussed public works projects with the sources and amounts of allocated funds.

Council held a detailed discussion and agreed to refer certain items to the Audit and Finance Department for review and potential recommendations to Council and staff.
This item will return to Council at the June Regular Meeting.
