Subject: RE: 175 Ravenswood Ave (Dean Foster)
Steve and I visited the site a few weeks ago and confirmed it is in the ROW and he was informed that it is his responsibility to remove it. The tree is in poor condition.

Thank You

SureMy understanding is that the homeowner is concerned about a "dying" oak tree that overhangs the road and a bike lane outside his property at 175 Ravenswood. He states it is on town property and wants us to do something about it.

Is this the first you've heard about it...?

Jenn,
2 Can you explain the matter to which you are referring? Sally and I dealt with a tree matter with him in June.

Hey guysI've adopted this matter from Bill C. and am checking in to see if we know anything yet, like where the tree is or who might own it.

Happy to meet with you guys- I'll be in later this afternoon for Planning Commission, and again next week- or to chat by phone or email.

Let me know how I can help.

Thanks!
3 Jen
