2024 SPRING PATCHING PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Robert Ovadia, Engineer of Work for the Town of Atherton, County of San Mateo, California, on the 16th day of October, 2024 did file with the City Clerk of said Town a Certificate of Completion for the work described in the construction contract awarded to G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc. on the 19th day of April, 2024, said contract being executed on the 16th day of May, 2024.
That said work and improvements were accepted as completed on the 23rd day of August 2024 and that acceptance for completion of said work was ordered by Motion of the City Council of said Town and that the name of the surety on the Contractor’s bond for performance, labor and materials on said project is Everest National Insurance Company, 1340 Treat Blvd. Suite 450 Walnut Creek, CA 94597.
That said work and improvements consists of grinding failed patches of pavement to a six-inch depth and replacing with asphalt. The scope of work includes all necessary traffic control, sweeping, tack coating, replacing asphalt to appropriate depth in an appropriate number of lifts, replacing any damaged pavement markings, delineation and/or markings, and finish rolling per Town of Atherton Standard specifications and special provisions.
That I, Robert Ovadia, City Engineer of the Town of Atherton, am authorized by said Motion to execute and file this notice with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
