Dear Mr. Rodericks:
Pursuant to Section 13 .2.2 of the Franchise Agreement between the Town of Atherton and GreenWaste Recovery for Collection and Processing of Waste, Mixed Compostable Materials, Recyclable Materials, and Yard Trimmings, Franchisee, the Franchisee's Base Services Compensation is required to be increased by eleven percent (11.0%) on January 1, 2025.
As discussed at the recent meeting with town officials, we are willing to work with the Town of Atherton to develop an updated rate increase schedule before the effective date. This will need to be agreed and any contract amendments completed during October to allow us to update our rate schedules before January 1, 2025.
