NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Robert Ovadia, Engineer of Work for the Town of Atherton, County of San Mateo, California, on the 18th day of December, 2024 did file with the City Clerk of said Town a Certificate of Completion for the work described in the construction contract awarded to Suarez and Muñoz, Inc. on the 21st day of June, 2023, said contract being executed on the 12th day of July, 2024.
That said work and improvements were accepted as completed on the 31st day of October 2024 and that acceptance for completion of said work was ordered by Motion of the City Council of said Town, adopted on the 18th day of December, 2024, and that the name of the surety on the Contractor’s bond for performance, labor and materials on said project is The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, 1340 Treat Blvd. Suite 400 Walnut Creek, CA 94597.
That said work and improvements consist of renovations to Holbrook-Palmer Park, including demolition, clear and grub, earthwork, grading, site drainage, AC pathway, decomposed granite pathway, fencing, entry improvements, paver plaza, site signage, site furnishing, raised crosswalk, ADA ramp, irrigation, landscaping, and road improvements with a 1-year guarantee per Town of Atherton Standard specifications and special provisions.
That I, Robert Ovadia, City Engineer of the Town of Atherton, am authorized by said Motion to execute and file this notice with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
