CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Hawkins-Manuelian called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

PRESENTATIONS
• Jennifer Frew Proclamation
Sgt David Metzger read the proclamation honoring the career and commitments of longtime Atherton Police Department Executive Assistant and Training Manager Jennifer Frew. • Ben Talavera Introduction
Public Works Director Ovadia introduced newly hired Management Analyst Talavera to City Council
• Oath of Office Appointed Council Members
City Clerk Suber introduced the brief report and conducted the Oath of Office. Councilmember Lewis and Hawkins-Manuelian were officially appointed to office in August by Resolution No. 2024-15.
• City Council Reorganization
Outgoing Mayor Diana Hawkins-Manuelian delivered a speech articulating a review of the accomplishments for Council over 2024.
Councilmember Elizabeth Lewis was appointed by Council to serve as Mayor for 2025 and Councilmember Stacy Holland was appointed by Council to serve as Vice Mayor for 2025.
