NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Robert Ovadia, Engineer of Work for the Town of Atherton, County of San Mateo, California, on the 19th day of February, 2025 did file with the City Clerk of said Town a Certificate of Completion for the work described in the construction contract awarded to Suarez & Munoz Construction, Inc. on the 17th day of April, 2024, said contract being executed on the 5th day of June, 2024.
That said work and improvements were accepted as completed on the 31st day of January 2025 and that acceptance for completion of said work was ordered by Motion of the City Council of said Town and that the name of the surety on the Contractor’s bond for performance, labor and materials on said project is The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, 1340 Treat Blvd. Ste 400, Walnut Creek, California 94597.
That said work and improvements consists of pedestrian improvements including extension of the sidewalk along Lloyden Drive, installation of an elevated crosswalk, solar powered street lighting, solar powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon, access ramps and warning surfaces, and installation of rock swale, bioswale and bioretention area, planting and irrigation system installation per Town standard specifications and special provisions. Work under the contract has been completed.
That I, Robert Ovadia, City Engineer of the Town of Atherton, am authorized by said Motion to execute and file this notice with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
