Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

Audit and Finance Committee: Patil (Absent), Sleeth, Scolnick (Absent), Hill, Walker – Present

STUDY SESSION
1. FY 2025/26 GENERAL FUND/OPERATIONS BUDGET
Finance Director Barron presented an overview of the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 General Rund Revenues, projected General Fund Expenditures, Single-Year Revenue Surplus and overall expenditure increase.
Council reviewed the presented information and had a few clarifying questions.
This item was informational only and will return to Council for formal adoption at a future meeting.
2. DEPARTMENT OF POLICE INTERNAL AUDIT AND INSPECTION REPORTS Chief McCulley presented the Annual Police Report reviewing a few key areas related to Audits, response times, prevention programs and community engagement activities.
Council received the information and had a few questions about performance and specific programs.
This was an information only item.
