Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

STUDY SESSION
1. REVIEW OF THE FY 2025/26 SPECIAL REVENUE, INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS
AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Mayor Lewis took a moment of silence in honor of an Atherton resident.
Finance Director Barron presented the item with the support of Public Works Director Ovadia and City Manager Rodericks. Staff presented the Special Revenue Funds, Internal Service Funds, and the Town’s 5-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
Council held a discussion related to the CIP and discussed the use of funds for OPEB and the short and long term impacts related to the Town budget.
