This improvement consists of sidewalk, curb and gutter repair and replacement including removal of damaged concrete sidewalk panels and curbs with gutters, compacting existing sub-base , constructing new concrete sidewalk and curb with gutter, and related services .
The scope of work includes coordination with Town Arborist as needed to review conditions where tree conflicts occur and to provide temporary traffic control measures such as no parking signs; as required for operation. Contractor to restore adjacent areas to pre-project conditions and is to provide with a I-year guarantee, as outlined in the Plans and Specifications for the Lloyden Park Sidewalk Restoration Project, to the full satisfaction of Town.
