LLOYDEN PARK SIDEWALK RESTORATION PROJECT
PROJECT NO. 56094
ATHERTON, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Robert Ovadia, Engineer of Work for the Town of Atherton, County of San Mateo, California, on the 09th day of May, 2025 did file with the City Clerk of said Town a Certificate of Completion for the work described in the construction contract awarded to J.J.R Construction, Inc. on the 15th day of January, 2025, said contract being executed on the 9th day of April, 2025.
That said work and improvements were accepted as completed on the 09th day of May, 2025 and that acceptance for completion of said work was ordered by Motion of the City Council of said Town and that the name of the surety on the Contractor’s bond for performance, labor and materials on said project is Great American Insurance Company, 301 East 4th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202.
That said work and improvements consists of sidewalk, curb and gutter repair and replacement, including removal of damaged concrete sidewalk panels and curbs with gutters, compacting existing sub-base, constructing new concrete sidewalk and curb with gutter, and related services . The scope of work includes coordination with Town Arborist as needed to review conditions where tree conflicts occur and to provide temporary traffic control measures such as no parking signs; as required for operation. Contractor to restore adjacent areas to pre-project conditions and is to provide with a I-year guarantee, as outlined in the Plans and Specifications for the Lloyden Park Sidewalk Restoration Project, to the full satisfaction of Town.
That I, Robert Ovadia, City Engineer of the Town of Atherton, am authorized by said Motion to execute and file this notice with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
