Subject: Withdrawal of Bid for Library Children’s Garden Project To whom it may concern,
Regrettably, I am writing to formally withdraw my bid submitted on August 26, 2025, for Library Children’s Garden Project.
After careful consideration, I have decided to withdraw my bid due to discovering a significant clerical error in our calculations. This mistake, specifically a discrepancy from our former estimator. The discrepancy was on the bid schedule item no. 10 Site Furnishings and Garden Features total. Given this error, this will cause financial hardship for the corporation.
