Mayor Holland called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

City Attorney Ebrahimi made a report to Council in a Closed Session and no direction was given.
STUDY SESSION ITEMS
1. UPDATE ON MENLO COLLEGE CAMPUS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
Town Planning Brittany Bendix presented the current progress of the Campus Housing Project at Menlo College. A representative from the Atherton Housing Coalition, Carol Flaherty, described the current plans for the proposed building. Carol presented a report that was entered into the record, providing details of project timing and design. Carol answered several questions from Council regarding the layout of the proposed building and the location of a potential parking structure as well as future funding opportunities from the College.
The Council provided staff with direction regarding continuing work on the project with the Housing Coalition and pursuit of grant opportunities.
This was a presentation only and will return to Council for future action.
