Mayor Holland called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

City Attorney Ebrahimi made a report to Council in a Closed Session and no direction was given.
STUDY SESSION ITEMS
1. UPDATE ON MENLO COLLEGE CAMPUS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
Town Planning Brittany Bendix presented the current progress of the Campus Housing Project at Menlo College. The project architect described the current plans for the proposed building and answered several questions from Council regarding the layout of the proposed building and the location of a potential parking structure.
This was a presentation only and will return to Council for future action.
