While CCT will configure the audio-visual system to be as cross-platform compatible as possible, due to the number of functional variations between computer operating systems, some computers may not be able to utilize certain system features.
4.a. While CCT understands that many consider it best practice to upgrade operating systems and devices when firmware updates are available, be aware that these updates may cause conflicts with the audiovisual system that will need to be repaired at an additional cost.
5. Configuration and/or provision of licenses for conferencing systems (except where explicitly noted).
6. Pathways: Cable tray, wire basket tray, raceway, junction boxes, conduits, horizontal conduit sleeving, and rings & strings.

B. TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTES
1. When designing and proposing equipment, CCT uses Unified Communication (UC) certified products as much as practical. If issues do arise with equipment, CCT will put forth a reasonable effort to work with the appropriate parties to try and resolve the issue. The aforementioned effort is limited by the following conditions: CCT will not support any system that has an operating system or version that does not appear on the UC provider-supported operating system list. Furthermore, if an operating system manufacturer releases a version or update that causes UC systems to malfunction, CCT will not support the issue as a warranty issue. In some cases, CCT may not be able to resolve issues caused by UC platform and operating system manufacturer updates.
2. Control programs are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of CCT.
3. This proposal is made with the understanding that we will enter into a mutually acceptable contract agreement. We will not accept any terms or conditions that are less favorable to CCT than those imposed in the Prime contract by the owner. Pricing is only valid with this proposal, scope, assumptions, and exclusions. The conditions of this proposal must be attached or incorporated into our subcontract agreement.
4. CCT will indemnify you for personal injury or property damage claims to the extent of our negligence. CCT proposal excludes any obligation to indemnify you for your negligence or to indemnify any other party for that party’s negligence.
