SPECIAL MEETING
Vice Mayor DeGolia called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL – Widmer, Lewis, Lane, Vice Mayor DeGolia, Mayor Holland (Excused Absence) – Present
PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE
STUDY SESSION ITEMS
1. RECEIVE AND FILE THE MID-YEAR BUDGET REPORT FOR FY 2025/26 Assistant City Manager / Finance Director Barron II made a brief report on the Mid-Year Budget for Fiscal Year 2025/26.
Council asked a few clarifying questions before accepting the report without issue.
2. DISCUSSION AND DIRECTION REGARDING THE 2026 EARTH DAY EVENT Management Analyst Soria Mendoza presented an overview of the plans for Earth Day 2026.
She noted that staff received input and feedback from the Environmental Programs Committee prior to developing the report.
Council discussed logistics and other elements of the planning activities.
Staff received directions from Council direction, this item may return to Council for additional feedback.

Vice Mayor DeGolia adjourned the meeting at 5:00 pm.
