Mayor Holland called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL – Widmer, Lewis, Lane, Vice Mayor DeGolia, Mayor Holland– Present PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE
STUDY SESSION ITEMS
1. DISCUSSION AND DIRECTION REGARDING THE SENIOR TASK FORCE
PROGRAMMATIC AND BUDGETARY REQUEST
City Manager Rodericks introduced the item and Senior Task Force (STF) Members Ken Frederick and Jo-Anne Sockolov shared the focus and plans of the STF.
Council provided clarity regarding the Town’s relationship with Designated Groups and discussed preferences for providing financial support for events and activities hosted by the STF or other Designated Groups.
2. DISCUSSION AND DIRECTION REGARDING COUNCIL LIAISON POLICY AND
COMMITTEE CHARTERS
City Manager Rodericks introduced the item, and the Council reviewed the role of Council liaisons and charters for each Town Committee.
Representatives from each of the Town’s four (4) committees were present to discuss the charters, seek clarification and provide input/feedback.
Council requested minor modifications to the Town’s Committees Governing Resolution which will be made and presented to the collective committees for additional input before returning to the City Council for review and adoption at a future meeting.
