Mayor Holland called the meeting to order at 5:51 p.m.

City Council: Widmer, Lane, Vice Mayor DeGolia, Mayor Holland – Present; Lewis – Excused Absent Park and Recreation Committee: Keh, Robinson, Hunter, Robertson – Present; Merrill, Roeser, Keller - Absent PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE
STUDY SESSION ITEMS
1. DISCUSSION AND DIRECTION REGARDING COUNCIL LIAISON POLICY, PARK AND
RECREATION COMMITTEE CHARTER AND LONG-RANGE PLANNING
City Manager Rodericks presented the report to align Council goals with the focus area of the Park and Recreation, potential updates to the Park and Recreation Committee Charter and the vision for Holbrook Palmer Park.
Council discussed the Committee Charter and areas for revision. Members of Park and Recreation Committee expressed an interest in greater input regarding the decision-making process for items that impact Holbrook Palmer Park.
Council and Committee discussed park usage, improvement projects under consideration and approved by the Council scheduled to be completed in the 2026 calendar year.
