Mayor Holland called the meeting to order at 4:04 PM

STUDY SESSION ITEMS
1. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION TO IMPLEMENT A RESIDENTIAL PERMIT
PARKING PROGRAM ON DE BELL DRIVE AND ON MAPLE LEAF WAY
(BETWEEN MIDDLEFIELD ROAD AND OAK GROVE AVENUE)
Staff Report presented by Police Chief McCulley explaining the reasoning behind the request from residents and what implementation would look like for Atherton PD.
Resident Michael Harbor made a general public comment on behalf of all Maple Manor residents, reiterating the need for this program for the public safety of the residents.
Council had a brief discussion and several Council Members made general statements of support for the program.
MOTION By: Widmer/Second by Lewis to adopt a Resolution to implement a residential permit parking program on De Bell Drive and on Maple Leaf Way, between Middlefield Road and Oak Grove Avenue.
