Council Member Lewis and Mayor Holland participated virtually in accordance with Government Code Section 54953.
Vice Mayor DeGolia called the meeting to order at 12:00 P.M.

1. CONSIDER ADOPTING A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT FOUR (4) QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE NOVEMBER 3, 2026 BALLOT TO CITY COUNCIL AND
CANCEL THE ATHERTON CITY COUNCIL ELECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ELECTION CODE 10229
MOTION By: Widmer/Second by Lane to adopt a Resolution to appoint four (4) qualified candidates for the November 3, 2026 ballot to City Council and cancel the Atherton City Council election in accordance with the Election Code 10229 AYES: Lane, Lewis, Widmer, DeGolia
