PRICING BASIS AND COST ADJUSTMENTS
The proposed renewal price provides an allowance for the cost of staffing and delivering the existing service program over the two-year term, including wages, employer payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, supervision and relief coverage; cleaning chemicals, paper products, soap and liners; equipment upkeep; and transportation and supplier delivery costs.

Material pricing includes applicable taxes paid on TCT’s purchases and tariff-related costs to the extent reflected in supplier charges. No separate blanket tariff or tax surcharge is added to the monthly base price, and no specific tariff or tax increase is represented without supporting documentation.

The proposed monthly rate applies throughout the two-year term unless both parties approve a written amendment.

TCT may request an adjustment for documented changes in wages, employer payroll taxes, insurance, required benefits, supplies, supplier tariff charges or other costs directly affecting this account. Requests must include the cost basis and at least 60 days’ advance written notice. Notice alone does not authorize an increase; no additional charge applies before written Town approval. No cost may be recovered twice.

Additional facilities, service visits, staffing hours, special events or increased supply requirements outside the agreed program require a written scope and price amendment before the additional work. This renewal does not itself add labor hours or reduce the existing cleaning scope. Existing Town contract requirements remain applicable except as expressly amended and approved in writing.

Previous scratches on these surfaces are often not detectable until after they are cleaned, therefore we will not be held liable for previous damage to those types of surfaces. • This renewal applies to the existing janitorial program and the attached service schedule. Removal of excess paint, concrete, caulking, glue, stucco or water spots is excluded unless expressly included in that schedule. Any extra work requires a separate written scope and price approved by the Town.
