1. CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING AND INTRODUCE FOR FIRST READING,
BY TITLE ONLY, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ATHERTON MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 15.40.152, "CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS

CEQA: EXEMPT FROM CEQA PURSUANT TO GUIDELINE SECTION 15309 AND 15332E)
Council discussed compliance with the Town’s Heritage Tree Protection Zone requirements, proximity of sanitary facilities in relation to neighboring property lines, and site visits outside of normal construction times for property owners.
There was no public comment.
MOTION By: Lewis/Second by Lane to introduce for First Reading, by title only, an Ordinance amending the Atherton Municipal Code Section 15.40.152, “Construction Management and Operations Plan (CMOP)”.

CHAPTER 15.41. CEQA: EXEMPT FROM CEQA PURSUANT TO GUIDELINE SECTION 15309 AND 15332
Building Official Lustenberger and Code Enforcement Officer Daley presented the item and Council briefly discussed the proposed changes to the Municipal Code that would create a new section, 15.41 to govern specifics of construction regulation.
MOTION By: Lane/Second by Widmer to introduce for First Reading, by title only, an Ordinance amending the Atherton Municipal Code Section 15.40, “Construction Regulations”.
